Camp Baker Vineyard is managed by Sean & Tom. We grow Syrah, Viognier, Zinfandel and Primitivo on this sub 1 acre lot. This vineyard in located in the western Rogue Valley with excellent south west exposure.
We barrel ferment this wine in Neutral red french oak. This allows us to get the wine bone dry and adds complexity to the finished.
Designed in the style of the famous Corsican and Southern French Roses, this wine is bright and crisp with a complex mid and rear palette making it excellent with food.
Food Pairing Notes
Brie, Gouda and Camembert cheeses are excellent with this wine. Coffee Cake and Croissant make unique pairings that elevate both the food and wine. Any seafood dish which has a cream sauce will find its' match in this wine.
