Oh my VIOGNIER!!! What an amazing Viognier!! Aromas of sweet pears, peach blossoms, mangoes, and candied apples. On the palate there is pears, white peaches, and a pineapple mango salad.

This is a beautiful wine. Light, easy to drink, with flavors of mango, tangerine, pears & apples. It has a creaminess that is a little sweet but yet a dry wine. I highly recommend!

2019 Viognier – Flesh fruits like apricots float through my mind when tasting this vintage of Viognier, with a crisp dryness of an aging oak on my palate. Breathing deeply within the glass, I’m taking in hints of mangos and peaches. It has a delightful body that lifts the flavor within your mouth and then settles nicely afterwards. I enjoy paring this with a Mediterranean salad, creating the sweet & savory flavors which I crave during summer months.

If a wine could be described as crisp and smooth simultaneously, enjoyed by itself or with a main course. This wine rings the bell for me. Simple, yet holding a brilliant flavor with a Charcuterie platter, or a seared Ahi tuna plate, or maybe balanced with a spicy curry. Either way, this wine is smooth with a gentle rise to accompany other flavors.
