Membership Terms

AGE:

You must be 21 years of age or older to join the Awen Guild.

No Annual Membership fees:

Wine Club Release payments are made either Quarterly or Monthly based on the club you joined (Quarterly or Subscription).

Member's Choice:

All Awen Club memberships are "User Selection" based.
Our winemakers will provide recommendations for the release based on season, new releases and Library availability in an email and text message* (*Opt-In Required to receive Text Messages) 5-7 Days before a wine release is processed.
During the "User Selection" period, members wishing to modify the recommendations are required to sign-in to the member portal and change their preference of wines for the given release.
If no modifications are made, payment will be processed based on the recommendations the winemakers provided for the given release.
Club Releases are processed on the day after the "User Selection" period ends. The "User Selection" period is published in the release notification email and text.
Modifications cannot be made using the member portal after the "User Selection" period has ended.
Modifications can be made by the Awen Club manager up until the release is picked up.
No Refunds are allowed after club payment processing has completed.
Awen will allow for exchanges, however price differences will be charged if required or added to the members account as store credit if required.

Membership Cancellation:

You may cancel your membership after receiving a minimum of four pickups or shipments if you are a Quarterly Club Member (Creative Club, Inspired Club or Enlightened Club) or you can pay a $50 early cancellation fee
You may cancel your membership after receiving a minimum of 12 pickups or shipments if you are a monthly subscriber (Inspired Subscription or Enlightened Subscription) or you can pay a $50 early cancellation fee.
Cancellations require a 30 day advance written notice via Email to wineclub@awenwinecraft.com.
We cannot cancel your membership or refund a shipment once the shipment has been processed and is on its way to your shipping location.

Wine Order Storage:

If you are unable to pick up your club releases at the winery within 30 days of release, wines may be replaced with current vintages or similarly priced wines atAwen's discression.
Awen reserves the right to ship wine to your address on file automatically if the 30 days period has passed. This is based on available space at the tasting room and winery.

First Quarter 2024

This March we are releasing 3 New Wines to the Awen Guild!

Our new 2022 Roussanne fruit is sourced from Fort Miller Vineyard in the heart of the West Hills of the Rogue Valley. Aromas of honeysuckle, Cherry Blossoms and Apricot lead the way to tastes of pear, melon, dried apricot and apple. This crisp yet full-bodied wine has a long lingering finish like a mid-summer sunset full of beauty and wonder.

150 Cases Produced

Our 2019 Malbec was sourced from Daisy Creek Vineyards located in the heart of the Rogue Valley AVA. Aromas of Marion berries, blueberries, plum cocoa, espresso and red licorice followed by Dark Berry pie flavors, fresh red fruit notes and lingering notes of earthiness. The balanced mouthfeel is bright and friendly with a soft velvet finish.

100 Cases Produced

Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of fresh red and black fruit, peppercorn, leather, vanilla bean and toasted brown sugar. Followed by flavors of pomegranate, currant, and cherry pie with lingering notes of vanilla earthiness, the balanced mouthfeel is bright but thoughtful with a soft velvet finish.
