This event is free to wine club members plus their allotted number of guests
Non-Members Cost - $20.00 - This fee is waived if they join the guild and take the current shipment.
Food : We will provide a small three course food pairing for everyone to enjoy. Below is a list of the wines and pairings:
Broiled Salmon Pandan - Fresh pineapple coconut sticky rice layered with a coconut pandan puree, topped with a broiled Coho Salmon, finished with a crisp mango shallot curd infused with our 2017 Inspiration Blend and cilantro.

Cheesy Sourdough Focaccia - Hand-made sourdough focaccia layered with specialty cheeses and fresh herbs. 2018 Dolcetto infused fresh homemade tomato sauce and baked eggplants. Toasted with golden cheeses

Spiced Cherry Truffles - Montmorency Cherries glazed with a balsamic vinegar merged with a dark chocolate truffle and our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon. Lightly dusted with a Szechuan peppercorn sesame brittle.

There will be a ‘progressive/collaborative’ art project, the result of which will be hung in the tasting room for some period of time! Everyone will have a chance to add to the ‘masterpiece’, and all experience levels are welcome (you can even channel your inner Jackson Pollock!)
Sean and Tom will be hosting educational tastings for groups in 20 min sessions. They will walk you through a flight with details on style, vineyards, winemaking and barrel programs.
A signup sheet will be located at the tasting room upon arrival. This will be a first come first serve set of sessions.
